MNTB Record Book & Letter of Acceptance:
Eligibility Criteria:
To apply for the MNTB record book and Letter of Acceptance, you must have:
– Completed 24 months of sea service with a rating background.
– Possess sea service testimonials of at least 24 months after obtaining a watch-keeping certificate.
Payment Details:
– A fee of £180 is required to be paid to the UK College for the MNTB Record Book and LOA.
– Payment can be made directly through the bank or with assistance from our forex services.
Document Submission:
– Once the payment receipt is received, your documents will be submitted to the UK College.
Processing Time:
– The MNTB record book and LOA will be received from the UK College within 4-6 weeks* (processing time may vary).
Documentation Support:
OMTC will manage all documentation and track your progress in obtaining a CL4 license, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
Processing Fee:
Our processing fee is ₹15,000, broken down into:
– ₹5,000 at the time of processing the tarbook

Fresher Route to UK EOOW COC:
If you hold a B.Tech in Marine Engineering or a Graduate Marine Engineering (GME) degree, you can pursue the UK EOOW COC through the fresher route. This pathway offers exemptions in academic subjects upon obtaining:
– NARIC certification
– Exemption certificate from the UK
This route provides a streamlined process for fresh graduates to achieve the UK EOOW COC.

Distance Learning Program (DLP) for International Students:
UK colleges offer a specialized DLP for academic subjects, designed to help non-UK students save time and money. Upon enrollment, students receive:

NOE is required to appear for oral examination. As the student is going to get the UK COC for the first time, he needs to send original copies of all the documents (Except passport).
OMTC assists students in filling out the NOE application form.
Student needs to pay 220 GBP to MCA through a Bank/Forex/Credit card.
